What I Ate Wednesday!

Hey guys!

So I’m finally jumping on the  ‘What I Ate Wednesday’ bandwagon, woohooooo!  ‘WIAW’ started years ago over at Jenn’s blog ‘Peas and Crayons’ and now it’s pretty much everywhere in the blog world.  So let’s get to it!

Breakfast

My day started with a medium iced french vanilla coffee w/ skim milk from Dunkins

Then a bowl of Black Cherry Chobani greek yogurt with fresh blueberries and muesli <– so much healthier than granola!

Morning Snack

Banana with a scoop of almond butter

Lunch

Quinoa shrimp avocado sushi rolls from Whole Food’s

Post-Run/ Afternoon Snack

Wine Smoothie Time!

In the mix: 1 cup frozen strawberries, 3/4 cup chardonnay, and a lil’ coconut water.  YUMMM!

Dinner

I had 2 slices of Mike’s delicious grilled pizza (recipe is similar to this one).  And a glass of wine. ;)
