Monday’s Motivation…

It’s already May 6th which means Memorial Day Wknd is just around the corner!!  We have less than 3 weeks to look and feel great in our bathing suits, tank tops, and sun dresses!  Let’s really commit to eating cleaner diets and workin’ up a sweat as many days as we can this week. :) 

For me I want to work on toning my arms and stomach.  So instead of just running, I’ll spend more time lifting weights and doing ab workouts…

  1. For me i’ll be doing some extra cardio and abs too! I’ve been focusing a lot on my arms and legs the last few weeks since my knees were sore. Today, i’m hittin the streets! :)
