Move It Monday!

Happy Monday!

Ummm where did the weekend go?! 

Well it’s a new week so lets start it off on the right foot!  It’s also Week #3 of my training so my workouts this week will include: a couple shorter 3-4 mile runs followed by strength training, a speed workout, a boxing class, and a 7 mile long run on Saturday.
