monday motivation!

And with this thought in mind, I’m gonna throw on my workout clothes and head to the gym!  Since I have a vacation day today, I was planning on sleeping in and then going for a 5 mile run outside.  But my hip was hurting during my 6 mile run yesterday, so instead of running I’ll  do 20 minutes on the stairmaster, 20 on the elliptical, and finish with this quick workout:
