Dinner & Lunch!

I’m so sick of packing sandwiches for lunch.  So anytime I can pack leftovers from dinner is a good day in my book.  Tonight I quickly prepared a couple of salads with mixed greens, grilled marinated shrimp, diced red peppers, carrots, craisins, alfalfa sprouts, and sunflower seeds.  The salad was delicious and now I have something to look forward to tomorrow!   Yea yeaaahhhhhh!!!
